Registration Instructions
Participation is limited to New Castle Town Residents, or children enrolled in the Chappaqua School System. Programs begin at Kindergarden, and the player's present school grade determine the division they will play in, not their age.
First, please review the NCBSA Programs Page to determine the program you are planning to enroll your child in, as well as our Volunteers and Parents Page. We are an all volunteer organization, and we need your help!
Once you've decided on the program and grade, complete the three specific registration steps below.
Important Notice:
You must still mail us a check or money order for the registration amount!
Your registration is not complete until we receive your check. Please place your child’s name and grade in the memo line of your check. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you an email confirmation. If we do not receive your check within 2 weeks of the on line registration, your registration will be cancelled and you will need to re-register. First, Review Program Registration Fees
- Player’s present grades dictate what divisions they will play in the Spring 2012 Program. (Program details are in the Programs section of our website.)
- The program fees now include late fees for certain divisions and are as follows:

Second, Download and Retain Parents and Players Code of Ethics & Waiver
Please download, review and retain the Parents and Players Code of Ethics & Waiver for your future reference. This is a very important step in the registration process, and we ask that you review this document with your child. Submitting your registration confirms to us that you have completed this important step that explains good sportsmanship for you and your child. Registrations also will not be accepted without your clicking on the appropriate box to confirm the Waiver.

Third, Complete On line Registration
Click on the link below and complete the form. It will be electronically transmitted it when you click on the submit button, and reserve a spot for your child. (If you wish to keep a copy of the registration for your records, please print it before submitting it). You must still mail in your check payment for the registraion to be accepted.

We are now in the late registration period for most divisions, and there are still openings, so please register as soon as possible.

If you would prefer to mail in a registration, download, print and complete the Mail in Registration Form. The current fees are listed in the table above. Please mail the completed form along with your check to: NCBSA, PO Box 402, Chappaqua, NY 10514.
